Common areas were spacious and clean, Coin & Candor restaurant - food, and service were both excellent. Valets were very accommodating as were the people that helped us with our luggage. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean.

For a one night get away, the Four Seasons in Westlake Village was one of the best choices I ever got to make. Got to bring my little puppy with me and my family, he could not stop looking at the window while we were with him in the room and when we were gone. It was such a beautiful view especially for Harley (my dog) and the room was just so spacious and beautiful. Not only do I highly recommend everyone to go, I’ll see you there lol!

Very nice scenery, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, the food was good, the gym was very good , and the pool was nice too .

The breakfast was always excellent & Debbie was outstanding. But all the staff that we encountered were superb as well. The fact that they actually listen to any request we had made an impression on us. For instance, if we asked for catsup AND salsa or extra butter or whatever, it was always brought with our meal; we never had to flag someone down. We purchased a decorated Easter egg filled with M&M’s as a thank you gift for our next door neighbors who watched our 2 very spoiled cats while we were away & they loved it! She wanted to display it as artwork in their home because it was so lovely,,,we couldn’t agree more. They were all so creative.

Stayed Friday-Sunday and everything was phenomenal from the cleanliness, hotel staff, amenities, and food. The service was always quick and staff did everything to make sure all your needs were met and the stay enjoyable.

Lives up to the 5 star rating. Quiet. Clean. Contemporary. Comfortable. Great healthy clean food. I did room service for some of my meals. Located in walking distance of nice restaurants. Friendly helpful pleasant staff.

i loved the service, the attention to detail and all the things you offer for entertainment, from the indoor pool to the arcade, the fact that you have a nail salon and a barbers ! finding the mini golf and soccer area. the Japanese garden, the private cabana areas. really great
